At backerystudio.com we show the studio's work and offer our services in audiovisual production, marketing, 3D visualisation and software development.

Browsing is free and no account is needed. If you write to us through the form, the privacy policy applies.

Who owns what you see

The photos, videos, texts, design and code on this site are ours or used with permission. You may view them and share links; what you may not do is reproduce, reuse or adapt them for anything else without asking us first in writing.

Client trademarks and logos shown in the case pages belong to their owners and appear to identify work we did for them.

If you believe something published here infringes a right of yours, write to us and we'll look into it. There's no need to go any further than that.

What we promise and what we don't

We aim to keep everything here accurate and current, but a client case describes a specific job and is not a contractual offer. The terms of any commission are always agreed in writing before work starts.

The site may go down for maintenance or because of a provider failure. We do what is reasonable to prevent that and to keep it short.

Links to other sites

Some cases link to client websites or to videos hosted on YouTube. Those sites are not ours and have their own terms and their own privacy policy. Linking to them does not make us answerable for their content.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If a disagreement arises we'll try to settle it by talking; failing that, it goes to whichever courts have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
