We don't make websites. We make the system your business runs on.
The shop is only half of it. The other half is the panel where you control stock, take payments in store, see what sells and stop reconciling things by hand. We build the whole thing in code, your data in your hands, no cut of your sales: rented tools charge you more exactly when you start to grow.
Two ways in
THE WHOLE SYSTEM, OR THE PIECE YOU'RE MISSING
THE SHOP AND ITS PANEL
The public and private halves, built to understand each other. Out front, the shop or the platform. Behind it, the panel where stock, till, orders and numbers live. It's what we built for Born In June.
FROM THE SITE TO THE STOCKROOM- 01Custom ecommerce
- 02Admin panel
- 03Stock & point of sale
- 04Data migration
ONE SPECIFIC PIECE
You already have your setup and one thing is missing: automating something you do by hand, connecting two systems that don't talk, or producing the reports nobody produces. We come in just for that.
- 01AI automation
- 02Integrations & APIs
- 03Technical SEO
- 04Reporting & metrics
UNDERSTANDING THE BUSINESS
Before writing a line of code we look at how you work today: what repeats every week, where time is lost, and what information never shows up when it's needed. That's what defines what to build, and above all what not to.
- 01Process audit
- 02What to automate and what not
- 03Fixed scope
- 04No-surprise quote

You know what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
THE SHOP PEOPLE SEE
The Born In June shop is built in code on Next.js, with Shopify handling catalogue and payments behind it. Two languages, three currencies, wishlist, its own cart, and editorial content in a CMS the brand edits alone, without calling us.
- 01Next.js & TypeScript
- 02Shopify catalogue & checkout
- 03Two languages, three currencies
- 04Content manager

It loads fast, ranks on Google, and the brand edits its own site without depending on anyone.
THE PANEL NOBODY SEES
The half that holds the business up. For Born In June we built their private panel: inventory with both stockroom and online stock, a point of sale for in-person payments, analytics, and Shopify sync that links references on its own. Ours, pictured here, runs the studio's invoicing and expenses.
- 01Inventory & stock
- 02Point of sale
- 03Invoicing & expenses
- 04Business analytics

Selling in store and selling online stop being two separate sets of books.
AI AUTOMATION
The part that gives hours back. Searching, sorting, typing data out of a PDF, reconciling numbers. The system does all of it and you just review it. We're not repeating something we read: it's how our own panel works. Drop in an invoice and issuer, tax ID, account, amount and dates come out already filled in.
- 01Document reading
- 02Search & classification
- 03Automated reporting
- 04Integration with your data

The tasks nobody wants to do stop eating entire afternoons.
CONTENT THAT PRODUCES ITSELF
Publishing every week is a job in itself. We build a production line that researches the project, writes the script and renders the pieces from brand templates: the design is decided once and applied to all of them, instead of being redone in an editor every time.
- 01Brand templates
- 02Sourced scripts
- 03Automated rendering
- 04Stills & video

The brand publishes consistently without every piece being a new commission.
LAUNCH & SUPPORT
We deploy it, migrate your data and train your team to use it. Then we stay: the system is yours, but you're not left alone with it when something needs changing.
- 01Deployment & domain
- 02Data migration
- 03Team training
- 04Maintenance & iteration

Launch day isn't the day you're left on your own.
WHERE DO I START?
You don't need to arrive with the project defined. Tell us which part of your work is eating your time and we'll tell you whether it can be automated, what it would cost and where to start.
